Disc Brake Wheels

Disk brake wheels are commonly used as front and rear wheels.  If mounted in front the disk and caliper are mounted on the left side.  If mounted to the rear of a frame, the disk and caliper and on the right side.  A disc brake conversion kit is available to convert a free wheel into a front disk brake wheel.  Traditonal wheel sizes are 12", 16", 20", 24", and 26".
