Chopper Bike Parts -  the frame design sets the entire bicycle in the direction its going to go. 

A chopper style bicycle frame has 5 main areas to consider for using other bike parts: 

• Head tube length to know the length of the triple tree fork steering tube to use. 
• Headtube inner diameter to know which size headset cups to use.
• Bottom bracket diameter to know which size inner diameter crank cups to use.
• Seat post tube diameter to know which size outer diameter seat post to use.
• Frame's length from the rear fender mount to the miiddle of the rear wheel drop out where the rear wheel axle goes.  This is to know the maximum size rear wheel your frame can use
