Notes before you begin:
If you have a complete bike the bearing cups, star-nut, and bottom race are already installed.

See our video which shows the following assembly.

Take off the top fork brace by removing 3 allen bolts.

Botton race is already installed at the base of the fork’s steering tube. 
    Drop the plastic race flat part down, then drop the bottom bearing with balls up.  Lift the fork steering tube up into the frame.

Drop the top bearing onto the steering tube balls facing down.

Drop the bearing cap onto the steering tube.

Drop or slide the rubber gasket onto the steering tube.  It gets sandwiched in.

Drop the steel washer onto the steering tube.

Patiently slip the top fork brace onto the steering tube and fork legs.  You may need a rubber mallet to get it on.

Drop 2 or 3 aluminum washers onto the steering tube.

Slip the stem spacer into the stem and drop the stem onto the steering tube.

Drop the top cap into the stem, and insert the long screw into it, and tighten with an allen wrench, the insert the small rubber screw cap.

Re-insert 3 allen bolts back into the fork and tighten.
