Lowrider Bike Parts -  use screws and brackets to connect a frame to a chainguard.  Most frames have a bracket welded onto the mid-section of the frame near the crank, a screw goes there.  Some frames do have a rear chainguard bracket welded on, but if not then use a clamp on bracket.
