Lowrider Bike Parts - lowrider bikes most commonly use 20" wheels and a 20" bent springer fork.  Because the fork is bent the clearence is made low, "a la - lowrider".   With this set up a 3.5" crank is usually used, but sometime a 3" or 4.5" twist crank is used.
