Return Policy:
Shortage and damages must be reported within 24 hrs. of receiving merchandise.  No returns/exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization.  No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 72 hours of receiving merchandise. Customer is responsible for all S&H charges.  All returned items will be subject to 15% restocking fee. 
  
Normal Shipping Policy:
Shipping time in transit is 7-10 weekdays to most locations.  We ship most order out 1-3 days after payment and billing info is confirmed.  Most orders are shipped by UPS.  Some orders are shipped by US Mail.  We use Recycled boxes.

Cancellation Policy: 
Any orders paid with a credit and cancelled prior to being shipped are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.  Any orders cancelled after being shipped and in transit are subject to a 15% restocking fee and customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Credit Card / Debit Card Orders:
If your order is shipping to a non billing address we may request the card holder's signature by sending a fax.  The card holder will be requested to fill out our Authorization Form, fill it in, sign it and fax back to us.  We will only ask for the last 4-digits of the card number to be filled in.  This is for the card holder's security.  All credit card orders from Canada will receive this request.  All bicycle orders paid for by credit card must be shipped to the card holder's billing address.
