Pros: Easy on/off switch. Intense blue-white LED with faceted reflector dish means you can see and be seen from a considerable distance. Dazzling chrome finished metal housing. Easy battery change once you figure out how to open the casing.

Cons: No mounting hardware (washer, nut and bolt) if you want to use two on a bracket. No instructions, had to figure out the thumb screw latch by myself through trial and error.
