Purpose is to be able to use a springer fork, cuda fork, or rigid fork, or any other fork with a 1" OD steering tube.on a frame with a 1 1/8" frame headtube.

Applicaton:
Converts a 1 1/8" frame head tube to accept 1" headset and 1" fork steering tube

Remove existing 1 1/8" headset cups from headtube , insert reducer shims, insert 1" headset cups
